This footage as found is in .mov format and only 12 frames per second. It sweeps across the plane shape hole.
Edna is not visable, at least to my eye.

If the author's footage was not confiscated, it would show Edna Cintron if he kept filming for a few more minutes. The level of fire shown is similar. Since she was so close to the edge, it is fortunate that she hadn't reached her perch yet, lest she be swept off the building. People being knocked off are visable in other footage. I'm glad she wasn't among them.
